1. Quotations

All quotations are provided based on the information available at the time of inspection. Final pricing may vary if additional issues are discovered that were not visible or disclosed prior to work commencing.

All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

2. Booking & Deposits

A booking may require a deposit to secure the appointment date.

Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment.

The remaining balance is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Access & Utilities

The customer must provide safe access to the property and ensure:

• Clear working areas

• Access to water supply (if required)

• Access to electrical power (if required)

We reserve the right to reschedule work if safe access cannot be provided.

4. Roof Cleaning Disclaimer

Roof cleaning methods are selected following an on-site assessment.

Where appropriate, controlled pressure washing may be offered with the homeowner’s consent. In other cases, manual moss removal and biocide treatment will be used.

While every care is taken, roof cleaning may reveal pre-existing damage, loose tiles, deteriorated mortar, flashing defects or structural weaknesses that were not previously visible.

We cannot be held responsible for:

• Water ingress due to underlying roof defects

• Deterioration caused by age or prior poor maintenance
